1. General Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” our policy is as follows:

All sales of ebooks are final and non-refundable.

Once you receive the download link or access the digital file, the sale is considered complete. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered Only If):

We will grant a refund or exchange only in the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same ebook more than once within a  48-hour period.

2. File Corruption/Defect: The digital file is confirmed to be corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to resolve the issue by sending a working file within 48 hours of the issue being reported.

3. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your purchase qualifies for one of the exceptions listed above, you must contact us within 7 Days of the purchase date.

To request a refund exception, please provide the following details in an email to businesshub.marathi@gmail.com

• Your Full Name

• Order Number

• Date of Purchase

• A clear explanation of the issue.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7business days.
